I decided to become an Environmental Hiking Guide to help more and more people understand the immense calming power that nature has on us.

Nature is part of us because we are all nature.

I love getting lost in nature, I love listening to the birds chirping, the sound of a stream and the scent of the forest after it has just rained. I love to get lost looking at the trees, looking for traces of the passage of some wild animal.

I love to slow down in a world where people seem to want to break the laws of the universe to make the planet we live on spin at an ever crazier speed.

In nature I find the comfort of something so ancient and powerful that it is perhaps the only weapon we have to protect ourselves from the chaos that we humans have built.

We can share moments where everything is calmer, simpler, more authentic.
