• Excursion suitable for people who perform normal physical activity and love to walk and be in contact with nature, in good psycho-physical health and with appropriate clothing.
• Minors are admitted compulsorily accompanied by a responsible adult and guarantor, from 8 years of age.
• DOGS: allowed if used to walking in groups and kept on a leash.

Required equipment:

• Vibram-like sculpted sole hiking shoes
• Backpack
• Layered clothing with a windproof and waterproof garment
• Personal water supply (at least 1 L)
• Packed lunch

Recommended equipment:

• Trekking poles
• Sun cream
• Insect repellent
• Hat with visor
• Any snacks

Those who do not show up properly equipped may be discarded at the start, at the sole discretion of the guide.

The use of new, never used material is not recommended.
