Terms and Conditions

The booking of excursions is mandatory and takes place through the online platform with payment in advance.

Participation is subject to reading and accepting these conditions.

The participant declares to:

• have read the description of the excursion, the level of difficulty and the characteristics of the route;

• be in psychophysical conditions suitable for hiking;

• show up with appropriate equipment (hiking shoes, technical clothing, water, possible packed lunch and equipment indicated in the excursion card).

During the excursion, participants must follow the guide's instructions and maintain an adequate behavior that respects the natural environment.

The guide reserves the right to:

• verify the suitability of the participants and the equipment;

• exclude from the activity those who do not meet the necessary requirements;

• modify the program or itinerary for security reasons.

The times indicated are binding for the proper conduct of the activity.

Participation implies full acceptance of these conditions.

Activities carried out by Eleonora Fornasiero — Environmental Hiking Guide pursuant to Law 4/2013.

Online payments are managed through an external payment provider (Stripe). The contract for the purchase of the excursion is concluded directly between the customer and Eleonora Fornasiero.
