Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by participant:

• cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the tour → full refund of the fee paid

• cancellation within 48 hours of the start of the tour → no refund

• no-show (no-show) → no refund

The participant can transfer their reservation to another person, informing the organizer in advance.

Cancellation by organizer:

the excursion may be canceled or modified for safety reasons, adverse weather conditions, force majeure or failure to reach the minimum number of participants.

In these cases, one of the following options will be offered:

• moving the booking to a new date

• full refund of the amount paid
